I have dealt with Madeleine Fry who couldn't be more helpful, firstly in helping plan our original trip, secondly by acting promptly and with professional level of compassion when our journey was cancelled on the day we were due to depart due to a death in the family and thirdly in helping re-book for a future trip.

The Company is professional and responsive. All my questions were answered promptly and my requests and suggestions were attended to carefully. My Agent was excellent and I look forward to future bookings.

I contacted this company recently as we were having difficulty finding return flights to Europe. I made an enquiry via their website and had a response within 24 hrs. Becky was extremely helpful, practical, understanding, and responsive. The options and prices were great too. We didnt end up booking with them this time but wont waste a minute next time. While the option i would have settled with was similar to what our searches had shown so far, it was good to know the airlines we can try next time that are likely even cheaper. Becky made it so easy. I know from years of looking for our own flights that the process is time consuming. Will definitely use them next time I travel.
