Flatbeds provided exceptional service for booking my short notice trip to Spain at a very competitive price but proved to be utterly brilliant in dealing with emergency cancellations and rebooking, going above and beyond any travel agent experience I have had to date. It is in dealing with urgent changes while remaining focussed on the customer’s interests that Flat Beds excelled for me. My initial domestic flight (that I had bought myself and not part of the Flat Beds ticketing so not their responsibility) was cancelled resulting in my missing my international departure from Sydney. Tess from Flat Beds worked so hard to ensure that my effective ‘no show’ did not result in my entire journey being cancelled which is what usually happens. She and her colleague worked throughout the day, keeping me regularly informed every couple of hours, to ensure that Finnair granted a waiver and that I was able to catch the same flights precisely a day later with a minimum change cost. It was this personal commitment that reassured me that whatever could be done was being done and it made a massive difference to my stress levels while this went on. It is when things go wrong that service matters and Flat Beds did not disappoint. On this basis alone I feel able to recommend them absolutely.

As before I found the airfare for business class to Toronto most competitive. I have also resolved my comment re an eticket via Nat, so upgraded my rating, and hoping all our 6 flights go well!

The response time for my first enquiry was speedy, considered and very helpful. Jess was informative and at all times approachable. Although my travel is later this year I feel confident if I have further questions Jess is just an email or phone call away. I will recommend Flat Beds to family and friends.
