This is my first experience in dealing with Flat Beds after being referred to them by friends who have used their services a number of times. I was pleasantly surprised at the fares selection that Flat Beds was able to identify as being available. We decided to proceed with an option that worked for us and offered value for money. Now that I am a little more familiar with the Flat Beds structure and processes I will have a clearer understanding of procedures required when moving through the various processes of booking through Flat Beds in the future. For any first time users be sure to ask as many questions of Flat Beds as you need to ensure you have a clear understanding of the booking T&C's with the airline and fare structure you are looking to secure. I would recommend Flat Beds to anyone looking to achieve value for money on business class airfares to your chosen destinations.

Our consultant Lucie was responsive and kept us informed. The only improvement I could suggest is we would have saved an application fee to QANTAS Frequent Flyers if Lucie has informed us we were eligible for free membership earlier.
