Great service prompt replies

This is the 2nd time we have booked business class flights to Europe through Flatbeds. They provide great value fares and assistance on the best available routes. We have always found them to be very responsive and helpful throughout the planning and booking procedure.

Lucie from flatbeds was amazing. Very thorough and quick service. She is a very good team member who deserves to be recognised.

My friend recommended so I called earlier in the year to find out about a trip to Greece in 2024. I spoke to Daina who suggested calling back in July /August as that’s when the best fares come out. I did that and Daina found us the best value business flights - half the price of a similar trip we did last year. I never would have sourced these routes myself . OK we do have a couple of changes - not a direct flight , but we are in no rush and are happy to get off the plane for an hour or so to break things up. We will save around $10k compared with last year. Daina also booked our seats ( and changed for me on one leg) at no cost . Qatar last year wanted to charge for this even after paying them thousands! So happy . Daina is also going to help me with internal European flights nearer the time . Five Star service .
