I admit to being sceptical about this service but several emails and phone calls soon changed my mind. I dealt with Lianne who provided prompt and honest answers to my queries. They lived up to “ response within a day” promise and as a consequence I now have 2 business class tix to Europe at what I think is a very competitive price. The only down side is 2 stops instead of one but the time is only a little longer.
