I had heard the name 'Flat Beds' so decided to make contact as wished for the first time to book Business Class for my flights. I had an immediate response from Michelle Colquhoun and she continued to always do that from start to finish including making some very helpful suggestions and even sending me some website stuff to look at which was extremely useful in coming to a final decision etc.
