Efficient, obliging and competitive

Communication is excellent. I dealt with two people who were both very prompt, clear and helpful. This was my first experience of booking business class flights and I did find a few things a bit confusing. I think it would be useful for first timers to have a 'Tips' sheet on what to consider when booking the flight to make the experience more streamline. Service was good and I will be back.

I definitely recommend Flat Beds. The service provided was excellent and within advertised charter. Amazing given my query was over the Christmas-New year period when there were limited staff available. Communication was great. Loads of details and friendly which can be tricky when only dealing through email. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Flat Beds again in future.
