Amazing!

Love love love how it has made me feel ! I have struggled with my weight for years and I have always been up and down but finding body line has changed my life. The staff are lovely and if you do have any questions they will and can answers, I don’t feel uncomfortable at all walking in, they made me feel very welcome. At first I was very unsure but now I don’t regret my decision to join in 12 weeks I lost 1stone 5 lb.

After a difficult time and gaining a lot of weight, I decided to get some professional help, as I was struggling to get myself on track. After a recommendation, I opted or Bodyline Flex, for the convenience of remote appointments. I have only completed 1 week, but am so impressed with the service, and felt compelled to write a review. The staff have been so lovely and are really knowledgable, answering all my questions. Their friendly and non-judgmental approach put me at ease instantly. As a complete technophobe, I was slightly worried about the online consultations, but the service was so easy to use. I'd highly recommend it.. Oh, and I lost 7pounds in my first week!! I'm now feeling enthusiastic and excited about my weight loss journey. Thanks Bodyline!

Back on track to being healthy

In August after getting out breath climbing the stair, I knew I had to get healthy. I came across Bodyline Home program and I have not looked back. I started with a BMI 30 and 12 weeks later my BMI is 25.2. I have taken up running again and the stairs are no longer a challenge. The support calls ,emails and website keeps me on track.I am back on track to being health again. I cant thank them enough.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with the Bodyclinic. Sally Ann and her team are truly fabulous. From the moment I sent in an online enquiry I was supported by Leana and not made to feel uncomfortable. I’m 44 years old and 4ft 11 and I know how to eat healthy, but I travel for my job and work very long hours so I really struggle to have a settled routine and eat healthy. I was so nervous of using a weight loss company but after adding on over a stone in lockdown I was driven to exploring sites I didn’t want to use for diet pills, ones you never know if they are genuine. When I came across Body clinic I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a go, and everything because of Covid was managed online. They sent out scales, blood pressure monitor and BMI equipment, everything was seamless honestly. I started my course of phentermine at 9st 11 (my heaviest) and after 8 weeks I am now under 9 stone. I feel GREAT. Putting on weight is so easy and it really effected my mental health especially in lockdown and now losing weight has boosted my confidence and gives me back energy to start doing exercise....even remote yoga workouts which I’ve never done. If you are sceptical, I get it and not everyone’s weight loss experience will be the same, but if you’re considering losing weight I can’t recommend these ladies enough. Thank you Bodyclinic.

Excellent customer service

I had wanted to try this medication for a while and eventually I decided to give them a ring for more information. They answered the call very professionally and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and politely. It was explained in detail the procedures and prices and I booked my appointment in their Stockport clinic. The service I received from both the clinic and head office was superb, all of them were very friendly and they made me feel valued as a customer. I have lost weight which I had always struggled with before and I would definitely recommend them to other people without a shadow of a doubt. Top notch company

Have been trying to get a refund for 3…

Have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. They sold something which was out of stock, I had to ring to chase it up. Spoke to a lady who said everything was out of stock and she would refund me. Nothing. Contacted them via Facebook and again they said they would refund me...again nothing . Now ignoring my messages. Should be ashamed of themselves in these current times!

Nothing to loose but weight

All if the Bodyline staff are very experienced, caring and helpful. They helped me loose a lot of weight that I just could loose buy going on other diets.

Suspicious clinic

Lovely nurses. Had a very rude receptionist/person on 2 of my visit, made me feel I did not belong on this planet, much less their clinic. I demanded a refund as I refuse to use them again. Made a complaint against the person who was nasty to me and yet to receive a reply in writing. I would advise people to avoid this clinic. Something is not right!! I just feel uncomfortable with them.

In simple terms it does not work what they are giving you is Emphtamines which is basically speed which comes with a lot of side effects and other serious health risks. Don’t do this to yourself you can lose the weight with a healthy diet these pills made me gain even more weight in the Long term

I was using bodyline before the…

I was using bodyline before the coronavirus pandemic and I wanted to use them again but they now have a remote service for delivery at home which is £8.50 pricey still but worth it to not have to attend the clinic in these times but I've now been made aware that they will also charge an extra £20 so £28.50 for one month if you want it remotely... Clinic cost for one month is £80.00 and at home is £108.50.... How disgusting is that when clearly people are in difficult times financially.. And surely a remote service would keeps operations down... This company have increased prices drastically over the years...preying on people's insecurities with weight that make them keep coming back which is why they put the prices up... I hope that customer sales have decreased....if someone that was furloughed received 80% wages then they lost 20% so that could have been their disposable income and bodyline increase the monthly cost by 35.5% absolutely disgusting even removing the high delivery fee its still an increase of 25%.... I think they need reporting to cqc or whoever the watchdog is for that industry.
