DO TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS

I attended an appointment yesterday, whereby I was told by your nurse I couldn't recieve any of the treatments available apart from the herbal tablets because my BMI was 26. I drove over an hour for a 2 minute consultation. Why this couldn't have been said over the phone and before paying £65 , I dont know. I was then told I will receive a refund and taken to the reception, whereby the refund couldn't be issue because there was no wifi, then there was wifi but I still haven't recieved my refund. I think this is shocking and to make it worse I've tried contacting them numerous times over telephone and email, only to find out they've blocked my email address. I would think very seriously before committing and giving your bank details to these people. Day light robbery/scammers and they make it look professional.

Mmmm... not happy. Said they’d ring me back the day after but didn’t. Took the money out of my bank straight away though🤨

Amazing results, amazing team

Just want to say a huge thank you to the Bodyline clinic, I’ve lost 3 stone and counting since January, I’m half way through my weight loss journey, I never thought I could achieve these goals with such ease and within this time. The professionalism of the staff and service have been second to none, even during the pandemic the service has continued to be outstanding. They operate a safe, nonjudgmental, friendly and streamlined service.

Bodyline is amazing!

Bodyline in Stockport is amazing! The staff are kind, it's always spotless and the products work - can't recommend enough! I've almost reached my target weight and I couldn't be happier x

I have used the Warrington branch numerous times, and I cannot complain with the service I have received every time. The reception staff are very warm and welcoming and the nurses are supportive and informative. The products defiantly work too- would highly recommend.

Brilliant!

I attend the Stockport clinic and am always made to feel welcome and no question is too silly. Can’t recommend them enough - especially the nurses at the Stockport branch :)

Bodyline have given me a new lease of life ❤️

I’ve had a great experience so far with Bodyline. I’ve lost over 5 stone and the journey with them has just been plain sailing! I go to the Birkenhead branch and the staff there are just lovely, very understanding and encouraging to your weight loss. The tablets I’m on work perfectly and give me no side effects that cause me any problems in work, at night etc and have just given me the boost I needed! I’m back on track with my exercise now as well, doing 6 days on and 2 days off each time. I was recently a success story for Bodyline following the weight loss I had, and the lady Louise who helped write my profile was just so lovely and again so encouraging to my story. Thanks so much Bodyline! Anyone really needing to lose weight after trying diet after diet needs to give Bodyline a go, 100% recommend. I’ve still got another 3 stone left to go, but I feel confident and determined I’ll do it alongside Bodyline :)

Bodyline have changed my life 💕

I’ve now lost 6 stone 4lb in about 18 months with Bodyline Clinic. They have quite literally changed my life. The nurses are so friendly, completely non judgemental, sympathetic.... they don’t rush you in and out, they know their clients. Tracey, the manager is amazing. She will go above and beyond when required, and she always has a smile on her face to greet you in. My advice is if you have a weight problem and you need help, give Bodyline a call. They are a certified weight loss clinic, but above that, they’re a lifeline for people who don’t know where to turn or how to get out of their rut.

Thank you team Bodyline

I have been a Bodyline Clinic client for over 12 months now and wanted to write a review because of their dedication to us as clients - even in this horrid pandemic. They have quickly reacted and now I can get my medications delivered to my door - which is like a lifeline seeing for the first time in my adult life I am loosing weight and feel really happy. The team are so welcoming and have held my hand throughout my journey. I couldn't be without their care and prescribed medications - especially in a time where its hard to not raid the fridge. Thanks team Bodyline.

Unhappy experience

I booked a consultation Jan 2nd at the Bodyline Clinic Stockport, specifically interested in taking the Phentermine Pill for weight loss. I was seen by a lovely nurse who advised me that I couldn’t take that particular pill as it would interact badly with the particular antidepressant I was on at that time. She sat me down and took the time to walk me through what would need to be done for me to be able to go on that pill, specifically that I would need to change my antidepressant to a different specific one that would not interact with the Phentermine Pill. 10/10 customer service (I would add that even if she had told me I wasn’t suitable full stop it would still be 10/10 customer service because she was attentive, informative, and generally just lovely). With that advice, I went through the long process of changing my medication with my doctor- booking time off from work to attend a drs appointment etc; and then rebooked my appointment at the Bodyline Clinic Stockport a month and a half later. However this time I was seen by a much more abrupt nurse, who had me in and out of her office in less than 30 seconds with a short “no you’re not suitable if you’re on ANY antidepressants”- which is fine if I’m not, as they’re the experts and will know what’s best- but I wasn’t given the chance to discuss or clarify what was discussed with the previous nurse, and so I’m now just confused. I’d like to add that I live over an hour drive away, so to do that journey on two separate occasions and come away with nothing/no help was pretty disappointing.
