Had the BEST weekend away for my friends hen party. The whole weekend was packed with activities and laughs and we now want an excuse to do it all over again! Faultless! Everyone I dealt with from the team was professional and friendly. A special mention to Alice for the top tips!

Good service when taking the booking and easy enough to do but the customer service after and during the weekend is very poor was told I would hear back last week and still no call or email we turned up to one of out activities for it to be closed and no contact number open on a weekend when I was told if the weather was to be bad and an activity was to be cancelled they would more than likely be able to sort another one out not sure how when you can't contact them onnl the weekend also the place that was closed says on the Internet that it has closed not sure how hard this is to sort. We planned our day round it nit knowing and travelled to and from the place which was a 50 mile round trip
