In the end I had to cancel due to people dropping out. But the booking and cancellation process was very straight forward and the staff were very helpful. Make sure you read the cancellation policy to know when you would have incurred charges, fortunately I did this before and made sure I got commitments from the group before by the dates charges would have been applied. The reason for not giving 5 star was when coming to setting up payments the price per person was different to the quote. Accommodation was a set price and I believe a mistake was made in the price calculation per person during the set up of the quote. But they were helpful and did do their best to try and meet the original quoted price and only ended up being .approx £12 more. EDIT: This edit is in response to the comment. In this case it was a mistake, as was explained to me at the time. To clarify it was £12 per person which was £120 in total extra. The original difference was much larger (can't remember the exact amount) but after I had highlighted the mistake the person I was dealing with did her best to get the price down to that point, she was actually very helpful with the situation and the customer service was great. So just to clarify, It was not due to price changing slightly because of live availability, please check the facts before replying. EDIT 2nd: This edit is after the second response. How to turn a 4 star review into a 2 star review - Start your response with an assumption, then reply to that by ignoring what the customer said and continue with some more bullpoo. If you want an example what not to do in customer relations management then this is it.

Leeds stag disaster
We went on a stag do to leed back in October was told we would receive entry to multiple nightclubs think there was about 8, When we got to each of these clubs they pointed out that they dont take bookings for stag dos and we arnt on the list we litterally got into 2 clubs. We also had issues with the hotel at first they said we wasnt booked in we managed to sort that after finding out that the hotel was booked under the stags surname with no first name listed when we got to the hotel they had allowed another group into one of our rooms which they had left in a mess. I put all this to design adventures to which they replied back offering us 50 quid how on gods green earth are we to split 50 quid between 10 people i pushed back saying this was unacceptable and i received no replys the company is a joke DO NOT book with them

So helpful!!! Took all the stress out of trying to sort activities for an event day including suggestions and went above and beyond to book the activity we wanted!! Just want to say this wasn't for a hen do!! Theses guys do so much more!!!
