US Cargo

I recently used US Cargo to transport my car from Santa Clara, California to Bradenton, Florida, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Despite a small delay in picking up my car due to an equipment breakdown, the team at US Cargo kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was timely and plentiful, ensuring I always knew what was happening with my vehicle.

TX to IL

Called them to transport a non-running car from Dallas to Chicago. They happened to have a truck in the area. Loaded the next day and straight shot to our house. The driver was professional and cordial. Payments were smooth and very reasonable. Great experience overall.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware This is not legit. They are from India, not the US. Check their address, it's a small house in Tampa that is not an office. They lure you in with a cheap price and then change it the hour before with your deposit. DO NOT USE THEM In response to their reply: the service was awful. I reached out a few times during the week and they assured me they could deliver on the price promised and others saying they couldn’t were lying. Turned out they were lying while I passed up opportunities to get it cheaper than their final price. Buyer beware. Yes, then I checked out their ‘office’ in Tampa. This is a scam company.

Bait and switch company

This is a bait and switch company. They take a down payment and tell you a price with a contract saying it can change (standard). I texted and called a few times and they assured me all week they can do it for the low price offered. 3 hours before pick up, they can't do it for that price. Do NOT used this company.

Good Service

There was a little bit of a communication challenge with the drivers but overall of very good experience for a coastal Coast transport! I would recommend them.

Biggest Scam Ever

Biggest Scam Ever! Anyone who thinks rationally will see nearly all ratings are either 5 or 1 star. I booked a movement and received an email before signing on the limits of the rate increase. When I referred to it they ignored me and wouldn't refund the deposit after stating they would. Sabrina West was who I spoke with.

My Car Shipping Saga

From the moment I engaged with car shipping services, it felt like a rollercoaster ride—minus the thrill. Us Car-Go Freight Logistics joined the cast, and unfortunately, the script didn’t improve. Here’s my tale of woe: 1) Bait and Switch Pricing: The initial quote was promising—a glimmer of hope that my car would soon find its way to its destination. But alas! Reality hit hard. The actual cost? A whopping $300 more than what I’d been led to believe just a day earlier. Cue the disappointment. 2) Carrier Shuffle Dance: Us Car-Go Freight Logistics stepped onto the stage, but their performance was far from stellar. Not one, not two, but multiple carriers were assigned. And guess what? They all canceled the pickup. No phone calls, just a solitary email on the day of the first scheduled pickup. Abrupt, impersonal, and utterly frustrating. 3) Customer Service: The Silent Symphony: I reached out, hoping for a lifeline. But the customer service orchestra played a dissonant tune. Their indifference left me wondering if my car was destined to remain parked indefinitely. In summary, my car never embarked on its journey, and my patience wore thin. Avoid this drama at all costs.
