Katie was our agent. She was able to explain the process and get' me the dates I needed. We were able to communicate via phone and email through out the process., They were more expensive but it was worth the few extra dollars for timeliness and peace of mind.

This is the second time I've used US Cargo and they are awesome. Milke was a huge help and always communicated with me with updates throughout the whole process. Very easy process, I received my car within 10 days and shipped it across the country from Oregon to New York. Definitely recommend using US Cargo!

I've never had an auto shipped before. I was concemed as I've heard a lot of nightmares. Sophia answered when I called. She made it so easy. She gathered the necessary information and explained everything. MY truck arrived to Minnesota from California without a problem, and no delays.

Run from this company, do not do business with them! Our car broke down in Flagstaff, AZ and we ended up having to ship it to Utah to get it fixed by warranty. This company quoted us $300 and told us there were no hidden fees and that our car could be shipped that day or the next day. Two days later our car had not been shipped and the fees all of a sudden went to $900 with all the excuses in the world as to why. Feeling we had no other choice we agreed to pay the fees if they could promise our car would be shipped the next day. Then all of a sudden they wanted cash, and we refused. The next day, our car had not been shipped, and all the excuses as to why, the driver's truck broke down, etc. After looking at reviews on here I told them to cancel and refund us immediately as this seems to be a habit with them. They still have not refunded our money.

Peter was efficient and the process was seemless. On time delivery. No issues at all. I will definitely seek them out in the future! I love doing business like this stress-free.

I would highly recommend this company! From the initial phone call she was able to book us quickly and only took a deposit rest paid in cash at pick up. They picked up truck and had it delivered over 700 miles in less then 3 days. They picked up our truck in a huge white enclosed beautiful trailer too which I wasn't expecting. The service and communication was great and our truck arrived safe which was our biggest fast!
