BROOK WAS MY SAVIOR. I was running into trouble with another company with whom I had a contract for month, and no communication until the last week before the date car was supposed to be shipped. I got suspicious and I stated doing a research.. That's how I found Quality Car move. Chris is very diligent and professional. I trusted him and he delivered. Thanks Chris I will never forget you.

They quoted me 750.00 a couple of weeks prior to pickup. At pick up the price was 1400.00. This is what they do, underbid and jack up the price when you have no time to find a new carrier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM WARNING.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Initially, I was quoted $700 for the transportation of my car from NYC to Texas. However, as the time approached, I was informed that due to a lack of drivers because of bad weather, the cost would increase to $1200, requiring $900 at delivery. I received text message promising that my car would be delivered on time and that everything was set, but the delivery was still late. I regret not reading reviews before making my deposit. Based on my experience, I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternatives before committing to their services.

All of these 5 star reviews are fake. Go check yelp and BBB. This place is a scam PERIOD. They will give you a super low price to reel you in, make you pay a deposit, and then increase the price day of travel so that you have no option but to pay it. When I called the guy out on his manipulative tactics HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DENY. Rather he continuously pressured me into signing a new contract. The worst part is that he purposely called me at like 7:00 am knowing I would be half asleep and too delirious to really understand what was going on. How dare you take advantage of your customers like this. Honestly this company is pathetic and everyone who works here deserves nothing but the absolute worst. I would like to file a class action lawsuit given how many other people have been played by this waste of space poor excuse of an “LLC”. This company will screw you. They low bid your arrangement and on day of pickup they claim driver is demanding more money than you signed for! They take you $200 and cover themselves in the fine print. Shifty people
