Just one wish, please please produce a Moissanite ALEXANDRITE or ANDALUSITE (you've guessed , I'm not keen on common sapphires rubies or emeralds) and possibly produce richly coloured Aquamarines, Topaz or Morganite, if so I'll start saving now. My ring needed a small repair and a small gem replaced. The communication with Louise was excellent and I had instructions on how to send my ring and how much it would cost for the repair, very reasonable price i might add. Louise emailed me to tell me my ring was ready and dispatched it at time suitable for me. WELL!! When I got my ring back it looked like new, all cleaned and polished and repaired to perfection. I cannot fault any part of the process.
