Really helpful staff all round. Van I hired turned out to be too small but they had no problem whatsoever with me returning and upgrading and had a new van ready for me almost immediately. Top notch customer service.

Went to pick up van, again super friendly helpful welcome, Covid ready office, super efficient, enthusiastic positive vibes - also the same attributes eschewed by the chap that showed me round the van Van new and super clean.. Drop off painless, receipt and invoice sent shortly after and deposit refunded..
