I was very sceptical about IVA, once I started talking to them on day one, my stress levels eased, they are very professional. Keep you updated at every stage either by email,txt or phone call, from 1st phone call to completion it took approx 2mths, I'm very happy with the service and my life is easier now, alot less stress worrying about how to pay all my debts
