This company has done more to help my mental health while also giving me the reassurance that there is light at the end of tunnel. When I first called I was unsure that I could retake control of my life. When I first spoke to them I was aided by a wonderful man named Christian who figured out what I needed and who best to navigate my issues. From this I then spoke to another employee named Jamie who spoke to me on the phone for two hours. Both of these guys were incredible at listening to me while also giving me uplifting advice about my situation and that I was in safe hands. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and explained to me in detail every option available. Through this I was able to find the solution best suited to me I'm amazed at how caring they were. These guys have the skills not only to give you your life back ,they also give the feeling of talking to a close friend about your problems which is not a level of customer service you get nowadays I was then put in the kind and capable hands of Laura and Pehsina who guided me through getting all the correct information together to in regards to my debts. This was something i was dreading but they made it a supportive and easy thing to deal with Finally I spoke with a lovely lady named Elizabeth. She helped me through all the final details in putting together the best case to get the help I need. These guys are honestly amazing and I recommend them no matter how hopeless everything feels. In the past two weeks I've felt a significant positive mental uplifting. It's truly incredible to find a company with employees who are very smart , very dedicated and also act as a friend and almost a therapist. Thank you so much guys , you've actually changed my life for the better 💙
