I had the best experience with debt solution advisor, I was talking to someone name Adam mason and he was very kind and patient with me and I couldn’t be more happy with their customer service. Very well done x just waiting on a phone tomorrow to finalise everything.

I have had s good experience with this great team of advisors. Always on time and very supportive.

Everything was great until we were about to finalise everything, until that moment they were great in explaining that I will be setting up an IVA resulting in paying 1 monthly payments towards all my debts.(Roughly £104/month) Then out of nowhere he introduced another £100+ towards my taxes. I am a self employed and had some £280 debt towards hmrc which I am required to pay until April next year. Yet they asked me to pay £100+ towards my taxes from now until next year which I found to be very strange. If my debt towards hmrc is aroud £280 why am I asked to pay £700 or more? It's very strange how they work it out like this but unfortunately I couldn't accept and therefore didn't go forward with the IVA. Update: I received a call back after 1 day, and offered to pay around £31 towards my taxes which I found to be more reasonable and I'm now in the process of finalising my IVA.

5 stars is not enough, 100% helpful from start to finish no machines just human beings. Help you in any way they can would recommend to any one that wants to get there life back on track.

I have been going through a lot, kind of everything hit me at the same time. I can't decribe how worse my financial situation was. I tried to sort it out myself but got to a point where I realised I can't. I felt so ashemed because there was nothing in my life that I couldn't deal with until this point. It was a breakdown. From the very beginning everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. Even saying interrupt if you have questions so you did not get overwhelmed.
