The only regret I have is I didn’t call J3 sooner. Mohammed , Laura and Warren together helped me understand exactly where I stood in my financial situation. Took away the burden of anxiety I have Carried for years… but most importantly got me a result, when I thought there was no result to get. My situation was extremley complex but they listened understood and then actually helped and amazingly got me a result! Please if you are thinking about reaching out to D3 do not hesitate I am certain if they could help me of which they did they will be able to help you!

Started off feeling confident and relieved that everything would be sorted. However there have been problems all along with lack of communication and resolution to problems. They have failed to keep 4 telephone appointments in a row. not taking action to ensure payment reach all creditors and holding onto money. This has led to my financial situation worse than what it was. On top of this staff have been incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can’t wait to be finished with them .

Really glad I reached out for help from J3 - they've been extremely helpful every step of the way, explained everything completely & took care of all the contacting my debtors. I feel relieved and grateful that I've now got a realistic but affordable payment each month. Would reccomend.
