Very friendly and knowledgeable staff called Alex. He gave me a number of solutions I could explore to reorganise my debt and reduce my monthly outgoings. I now have a consolidation loan at a very competitive rate that has transformed my debt payments. Highly recommend.

My debts were spiralling out of control and I was sacrificing eating to make sure my 6 year old had plenty to eat, new clothes and a roof over her head. J3 were very helpful and talked me through all of my options, before I spoke with them my monthly debt expenditure was at a very scary and unmanageable £1000, with there help it is now down to £250.
