Really Good and Quick Service, we had a couple issues on our end and they were supportive to the very end.

I made the decision to sort my debt out and get more money conscious. I've struggled for so many years and speaking with the guys at J3, they made me feel better about myself and going forward, getting my life back to normality. It took some time to get used to what I was agreeing to but in the long term of my life being better with money and being able to afford things, it was a no brain solution to agree. The team have been friendly and being able to assist with any questions and queries, it was a smooth process which has finally been granted. 2025 will now hopefully be the start of good times. Thank you too all involved!

Very good service helping lots

I put myself into a poor financial situation and have to accept full responsibility for that. However, the feelings of guilt, self loathing and everything else that goes with it, bailiffs, letters and phone calls had pushed me to the absolute limit. The level of service I received from Abbie and Claire, the way they spoke to me and how everything was handled was exceptional. They made me feel human, not like a criminal. It is the most amazing feeling in the world that I can now start to enjoy life again knowing I'm repaying what I can, at an affordable level without the constant fear of a knock on the door! I cannot thank you enough!
