Trust the Process

Making the first contact was really daunting and a big leap for me having ducked and dived around my debts for a very long time. The staff at J3 are amazing no judgement just there to help and give you the best advice. The whole process does take time but stick with it. And honestly when you read people saying it is like a weight being lifted it is the truth.

Read before proceeding with these people

Oh god where to start. Avoid at all costs!! Had sent through a message using their text service and had been bombarded with phone calls atleast 5 times per day since. I called them back to discuss and was speaking to a lovely guy at first who couldn’t of tried to be anymore helpful ( cannot remember his name ) until he transferred me to the “senior manager” this man’s name was Niall and he was completely horrible. Screaming down the phone repeating himself when I couldn’t understand the words he was using, when I couldn’t calculate exactly how much I’d spend on certain things he got so so rude. I am a teenager with bad bad anxiety and also live with my grandparents. I’ve debt up to £2000 in which I do not qualify for court orders etc but Mr Niall decided to take it upon himself to nearly send me into a panic attack saying “you wouldn’t want someone to come to your nannies house and take all her belongings now would you” I’ve never felt fear like that in my life. After being done with Niall he passed me over to people from Gw. Which they were both reassuring that no one would be coming to my house. But then once wanting to set up a payment plan my debt doubled from interest!! Avoid at all costs unless you wanna end up deeper. Use the free government services do not put yourself in any more of a hole with these people.

Outstanding service

It quite difficult to begin with regarding actually making the call for help but once I’ve managed to fully pull my self together and ask for help they honestly pulled through and helped me a lot. They were very straight forward and everything was clear. Every one who worked with me was also very understanding and I can’t thank them enough.
