Well too be honest the whole experience was top notch. Also every time I called Moola they answered my questions nicely and clearly. The correspondence between myself and Moola was actually refreshing. As other companies can sometimes be a bit harsh so to speak Lolz 😜. Paul 👍

I will give a 3 star for now jam a first time borrower with this company I was refer to it by others .the reason why I am giving it a 3 star for the time being it's because when I first applied online I know I slide the button to the huge amount that I was wanting as it was emergency and when I got all the things that they asked me to do and wanted from me I was actually happy because I thought at the time yay I'll be able to be approved and do what I got to d o to use ona emergency matter . But when it came to the final stage after repeating the same situation all over again. Through emails and calling etc . At the end it easter my time and my little money I had to use on printing out stuff from the library which they knew about it and once I done that and that was twice I did that I spend a lot at the library for color print and normal . They rang me and told me I need to do that what they needed I told them I've done it just need to sign it take photos ans send it to them at that time I was driving now that wasn't good anyways when I explain that etc she then told me everything is already done as I was trying to explain to her she then told me I need to sign etc and hang up on me I was not happy with that I did tell her that I it picked up my sonwbe. She rang and that I'm trying to open the car and get him in the car . Bit to me I don't feel like she understood and listening to me . Because she confuse me a bit and I e tried to explain to her and she just said I need to g to my msd . So when she hang up I was very disappointed with the service .once I got home sorted out my son etc first as he was more important I then logged into my msd and saw it saw just sign and agree but before I sold. That I had a looked at the amount to ensure It was the loan that i applied for and guess what it wasn't so I wasn't going to sign it slide down and wanted to email them to discuss that amount that I did not ask for and to discuss the amount bit unfortunately my fingers were too fast and pressed on the sign and agree form but accident so I wasn't happy . So I sent an email but never got a reply or call back after that so very disappointed so this is the reason. They I am giving 3 star for now
