I met some of the team at Astrofest and they were very helpful. My RASA 8 arrived when they said it would and i was impressed with their prompt and efficient service.

Initially, I had a problem trying to call the company - due to my mobile phone wifi calling/carrier I think ( not terribly technical…..). However, once I got through, they were incredibly helpful. One star dropped due to delivery two days later than scheduled, but otherwise, all good. The telescope I wanted was £20 cheaper here than on Amazon etc. for exactly the same product.
