Great communication, great product

I wanted to buy myself a good auto tracking telescope so I could use it for astrophotography. Now, I don't know a great deal about either but after contacting RVO, their honest, helpful approach pointed me in the right direction. I'm now the the owner of a great 150mm go to telescope. I'm so pleased that I chose RVO over the other companies out there.

Ordered over the Christmas period and received a helpful call explaining when the delivery would be made and asked if convenient. Pre sales support was great, I called in to the store before purchasing for advice on what was best for my needs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, it’s been a great experience from start to finish. My mount has now arrived and so far seems perfect, just need these pesky clouds to disappear so I can properly test it
