Very prompt delivery and excellent customer service. The telescope I ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. RVO contacted me to let me know, and it then arrived only a day later than the initial estimated date. I had a slight 'problem' (not really - just me being dim) setting up part of the scope, but Adam patiently and clearly explained what I had to do. Many thanks for a great customer experience.

Ordered a replacement for a failed part. Minor delay with the order but they phoned me to let me know, so all was well. In the end I managed to fix the original part and they accepted the replacement back for a refund without issue.
