Seen this product in Living Social app while browsing through phone, thought about it then said why not give it a try! Glad I did after consulting Dr. Sent for 6 week supply and have achieved 14lbs lost in 1month. Plenty of help available. I would encourage anyone to try their products ,good value and delivered to your door. I am type 2 diabetic and have high blood pressure and have had no ill effects. Please consult your Dr. First ( important ) Drink plenty of water while trying to loose weight it helps alot. Now gentle exercise is the next step forward. Good luck. 68 year old.

The shakes are really flavoursome and helps remove hunger pangs. I am lactose intolerant so I have them with Almons milk and they are still very tasty 😊. And to top it all, I have lost seven pounds in one week - I am a happy lady, but the journey continues.....

Lovely staff but didn't get on with the diet. The shakes tasted good - especially the chocolate ones! I discovered after talking to my GP that the way these diets work is to get rid of water weight. When you start eating properly again, it's common to put more weight on than before. However, might be different for each individual. I felt weak, nauseated and dizzy while trying the diet. Not for me.

Super quick delivery. I was a bit unsure when I purchased the shakes. Thought they would be sweet, and not fill me up, like previous shakes i have bought. But I was wrong ! The choice of flavours is amazing, they are not too sweet and 2 shakes a day fill me up. Can't wait to check the scales after week one.
