My husband and I have just completed the first week on this diet and have both lost 5lbs. So very pleased. The shakes all taste delicious, I’m surprised to say and no hunger pangs. Hopefully we can loose a bit more before our holiday.

Really great product.ill be honest I wasn't sure dispite me reading all the reviews, always do before I buy something... But I'm very happy the lbs are coming off and I can see real results I've tried on some clothes I couldn't get in and I'm in them but not there completely so I know it's encouraging & to stick with this product..

Quick delivery tasty i have 2 shakes away 2 main meal. Been taking 6 days lost 6 lbs

Prompt arrival of shakes,they actually taste great which surprised me,and I haven't felt particularly hungry which is good early days yet as to weight loss as only used a week and have just upped to two shakes a day

Great flavours, love all of them easy to mix I have been taking them for two weeks now and I feel that I have lost weigh,I am beginning to fit into my holiday cloth that was very tight. delivered on time

Love the taste of these chocolate shakes, I’ve tried many diff brands this is only one that’s actually like real chocolate and tastes like something Ud want to eat ! Always quick , reliable and works if u can follow it properly

So far so good .A wide variety of shakes ,have not felt hungry,doing 2 shakes and one low calorie meal

I am on day 4 of Diet Now and so far so good. The hunger pangs are still there but hoping they fade soon. No pain no gain (or loss I am hoping for). If I see good results I shall be ordering more.

They are very good but too sweet
