Products arrived very quickly and taste lovely. Some products out of date this month October and funny enough someone has tried there hardest to try and remove theses dates. Which has not worked in the slightest.

I have only been using diet now for 9 days and not only lost pounds but also 6% of my body fat. All the shakes are so tasty and thick. I don't feel hungry during the day at all. Even my evening meal portions have shrunk.

I've stuck to the 2 shakes,and one bar per day a potatoes and bread free meal at night eating just meat and veg no gravy fruit for puds lost 1lb in a week !!

Prefer not to review the actual product yet, but the service and deli try were excellent.

Customer service is excellent but I just don't like the bars. Shakes are fine but not a very strong flavour.
