Delivery was super quick !!5 star Many of the product have very short expire dates and I'm just not comfortable with that ! It's best before November 2021 , and its a six week plan , and I purchase in October . No way can I drink all those sachets in 4 weeks before it expires . Wrote to the company and yet to be acknowledged .

Oder received next day after ordering which was really good. Only complaint is that on some of the milkshakes, they do not have a very long use by date. Otherwise very happy with my purchase

Week one and feeling great. Half way through week, cheeky weigh in and 4lb down. All flavours are nice, sweeter than other shake diets. But soon get used to that. Would definitely recommend

Just had the Mango shake. Quite nice but could be a little bit flavoursome

Wasn’t quite sure what to order as this is first time I’ve tried shakes! Didn’t want to order too many in case it wasn’t for me. Was greatly surprised to fine along with the sachets some bars & also the mixing cup! Unfortunately I’m a very plain simple eater & none of the meals were suitable for me . So I’ve had to substitute them with meat veg & small amount of carbs. Therefore I don’t know now if I’m defeating the purpose of the whole plan. Would love if someone could advise please? I will continue with what I’m doing so far weight must surely come off since I’ve changed whole eating habits !! Thank you Christine

Very pleased fast delivery. Shakes are delicious .snack bars not so much bit like eating grain but will eat as they are part of the diet . Definitely need to drink plenty of water as headaches are a killer . Have used these shakes before and will use again
