I have been on the shakes for over a week now and already feeling a slight difference, the flavours are great. I like to put all the flavours in a bag and play pot luck to what im having for breakfast and which i will be having at lunch.

I have used this as a short term diet for my wedding, the shakes are tasty and filling. I don't feel hungry and am enjoying ALL the flavours. Would recommend this evwrytime

I order these shakes they came quick I've already started them and I feel full quit quick and I don't usually as I am a big snack eater and I've hardly eaten much snacks so I'm made up with them I've ordered more with the bars aswell so I would defo recommend these and given you a 5* for sure

Although the shake's and bars are really nice, this diet didn't work that well . Will go back to what I'm use to.

Very nice tasted , hopefull loose some weight

The flavours are incredible, even the banana one and I don't like bananas! Fill me up and I don't feel as bloated. Only been a few days so see how I get on. So far so good

I find these shakes lovely and filling there is not one that I don’t like I weigh in on Wednesday so I’ll know then I do feel a little lighter so I’ll keek you informed thank you for these lovely shakes again I’ll give it 5star
