My order was delivered to shop under the delivery address, when i went to check it had been opened and an item was missing.

Great taste and good range of flavours in the shakes, I have felt satisfied after having the shake or the bar as a meal replacement. Definitely will continue to use these to help with my weight loss journey.

This was a recurring problem with DHL they have consistently mis-delivered our order on the lad 3 occasions. We have retrieved them ourselves previously,but the people are quite unpleasant when we call there even though it belongs to us,for some reason they accept delivery. I spoke to DHL the last time this happened and was assured that it would not recur,but it did. Your team were very helpful and kept us in the loop throughout. I eventually received my order. So Thank you for there help.
