Starter/introduction pack was very good value. Shakes are very tasty

A really good product and very good price all flavours and varieties of products really nice delivery excellent I have done alot of these diets over the years and spent alot more money only started this last week and finding the shakes and bars really satisfying onwards and upwards .

Very short dated items, got offered replacements but when I they checked they where all short dated by 1 or 2 months

Lovely flavours but I don't feel satisfied and find myself snacking. I have used a different brand in the past and it has kept me feeling full. Maybe it's just me. I will persevere but 14 days is a bit ambitious to feel the effects
