Started the day after it was delivered , which , I have to say was very prompt. Have lost weight already and haven't felt at all hungry, also noticed my appetite is not as big as it was. Very Very pleased 😀.

I found these too sugary and artificial tasting, OK if you don't have time to make something. I think making fresh fruit and yoghurt smoothies is a better option and probably more nutritious. Also I still felt hungry after eating them.

I started it on Monday and I have enjoyed the shakes and I weighted my self on Thursday and I have lost three and a half pounds I am happy with that 😊

They taste nice but they just a drink. The other makes I have tried are much thicker and feel more like a meal. I do mix with the suggested amount of skimmed milk.

My Diet now products came ontime, my delivery person was very polite.

The shakes are really nice the meal plan I haven't followed but I have made healthy meals and eaten less. For me it's determination to loose weight as I still walk in the kitchen thinking humm chocolate. Glad I started these shakes
