Used Diet now before, my husband lost 4.5 stone and I lost 2 stone. Unfortunately Covid hit and we fell off the wagon. However having started 2 weeks ago with the new flavours I have already lost 6.5 pounds> so happy and have recommended to so many staff at the NHS.

Very tasty I’m now doing 2 week summer kick start & im not feeling hungry & snacking during day, so for me that is brilliant !
