I've tried many diets over the years and I really enjoy having shakes so I thought I would give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised and loved the variety of flavours. I also enjoyed the booklets which were very informative.

Well I only started today and had 2 shakes, the chai latte and strawberry. They both taste amazing 😉

Delivery was great and on time. Milkshakes are delicious bur when I looked at sugar content I hadn't realised it was so high!! U am diabetic and 26g of sugar us too much. Shame as they were delicious.
