I did an online course with Simon Kneafsey and TheScrumMaster.co.uk for Professional Scrum Master I. It was very informative with good interaction and good examples from real life. The first few hours were a bit too basic and it felt like very surface level information, but overall I learnt a lot, time was well managed, questions were given considered answers. There were small parts that were not covered such as burn down, which would have made it slightly better.

I have been on a PSM I course before with a different training provider, but I found this one much more beneficial. Simon did a great job allowing people to have the chance to contribute & ask questions as well as breaking us off into smaller groups to work through examples which helped to embed the theory of what was being taught. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Scrum Master as a training provider to anyone else.
