Simon is a great trainer with a lot of knowledge and a very pleasant way of teaching. The PSPO-A course is not for beginners and the things he talks about, the group work etc. are for experienced Product Owners. The course has a very fast pace and if you are not up to speed with Scrum and PO Tasks you might not be successful - so it is highly recommended to attend PSPO I first.

Simon has in-depth knowledge of the course. the course was engaging and interactive, I am delighted to have participated in person in the class and I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn about Scrum.

Great course an great insights for techniques for upcoming POs

I took the PSM II course virtually over 2 days and I can wholeheartedly recommend Simon and his teaching methods and the course as a whole. I liked the way that even though the course was conducted virtually the tools/methods used made you feel included and involved in the discussions.

Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and I learnt so much on my two-day PSMII course. The course content was insightful and interactive, meaning I was able to apply real-life experiences and gain valuable advice. This was my second course with Simon and I've been able to obtain my PSMI and PSMII certifications.

Simon was excellent. His delivery of the material was superbly structured, and his ability to set a room instantly at ease meant the everybody was able to take the most from the course. I rarely enjoy these sorts of things, as they can be 2 days of someone stood at the front of the room talking at you, but Simon didn't subscribe to that method of teaching. The 2 days were full of interaction, group exercises (joyful I believe was the word) and some excellent insight into how Scrum should be used as a framework. Thank you Simon

I recently attend the Professional Agile Leader - Evidence Based Management Course delivered by Simon Kneafsey. This course was fantastic and thought provoking! The content guided my thinking on how to set better goals that are based on customer outcomes, which will generate customer value. It linked very nicely with some work my organisation is doing on setting OKRs for next year and helped me learn some new language to support embedding this new approach. Simon Kneafsey had a well balanced style of sharing theory and information versus practical learning in group and individual exercises. I liked the pace of the class and the changing of format throughout to keep you mind focused on what you were learning. I would highly recommend this course!

I have returned for a second course delivered by Simon and I absolutely enjoyed it. Really well structured throughout the day, very engaging and interactive, with real life examples. Highly recommend Simon.
