The Course was well structured and insightful. Simon was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, while encouraging active participation to engage the attendees. Initially I was relucted in attending the virtual classes. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to focus as much as in-person, but Simon's energy and teaching style quickly proved me wrong. He is an excellent educator! In his classes you will be engaged at all times even in a virtual setting. He mixes teaching with group activities that force you to think and apply the knowledge gained.

The entire class and experience was great! Simon is very knowledgeable and the structure of the class was very good; it was very interactive, with thought provoking activities and real life applications, followed by insightful discussions with others in the group and also with Simon afterwards. Having an opportunity to talk to Simon after the class, or option to book some time with him is very helpful, specially as there are many clarifications I needed on a non-software application of scrum.
