Good service but mind the phone number! I spoke to a lovely lady who gave me advice around a product I’d purchased. What I hadn’t realised is the 0845 number on the website was chargeable from my mobile and my 5 mins call cost me £4.49! If does not mention this on the website. Make sure you call the local number if calling them.

We required replacement mixer taps for our kitchen and Utility room. Having scoured the internet, I landed on Plumb Arena. Having tentatively decided on the taps we wanted I called Plumb Arena and spoke to an exceptionally helpful guy called Drew. His help and advice was second to none so I went ahead and ordered the two identical taps online. To my surprise, within a few minutes I received a call from Drew to say you had received my order but it was for two taps not one and he wanted to be sure I had not double clicked the quantity so I confirmed that it was correct. That I believe is a company going the extra mile to assist a customer so thank you. I should add that these same model Bristan taps were around £20 less each than many of their competitors. They arrived promptly and were extremely well packaged for maximum protection in transit. I was also informed by e-mail of every stage of my order process.
