After trawling the internet, I came across Plumb Arena and I am so glad I did! I left a call back request on the website and within 15 minutes, I was speaking to a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member, Andy Dumigham. I ordered a part for my boiler which arrived the very next day! I can honestly say that the service is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. Over Easter I am having a new bathroom installed and will certainly be ordering the goods from them. Top Class.

I searched on google for a price on a Worcester Bosch boiler that I wished to purchase. It was a Saturday afternoon, after opening hours, so I posted on the callback facility. Within 5 minutes, Andy had called me and gave me the information that I needed on delivery, confirming that it would be next day, to arrive on the following Tuesday. It was January this year, when the country experienced a large dump of snow, which made delivery to me in London difficult. However, Andy managed to arrange collection from a local stockist within half a mile of my house. This was a rare occasion where service did not just meet, but exceed my expectations. I will certainly use Plumbarena again for any boilers that I need.

Not cheaper than the local supplier but saves the hassle of having to go and get it. Good delivery time.

The Staff at Plumb Arena were helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble during a stressful time with a troublesome boiler. I ordered a part from them which arrived the very next day, but unfortunately it didn't cure my ageing appliance. They then advised me on a suitable replacement boiler at best price I could find online which arrived again the very next day. It was installed the day after that. All in all a very professional outfit who certainly know their stuff on heating boilers and spares. From the moment my boiler died to having heating and hot water back on was no more than 4 days. Excellent!!!!
