Yes of course I’m going to ask for my money back promptly but what you forgot to mention is you didn't refund the whole amount we payed you including delivery charges. You knew exactly what the rug was like as we chose & payed for the wool rug cleaning package that should have not caused any dyes to run and we didn’t expect a wool rug to be sent back wet and stinking! You are a rip off and I will not recommend you to anyone ever!

The whole process has been brilliant and I’ve been stunned at the quality of my rugs when they came back, they look like new. I opted for collection and delivery as part of my package, and the pick up and return process was excellent, with good communication and coming when they said they would.

These guys are GREAT! In a world where reliable and good service and products are rare, this was amazing. My rugs - in dire need after eight years of muddy paws, etc. - were collected and delivered at the agreed dates/times. They came back to me looking like brand new rugs. They look fantastic and their prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I had a handwoven Persian rug cleaned at their site and I just can't believe how bright it looks. The colours are amazing. Look at their videos. They use great technology to get these results!

A fantastic, super-professional service from start to finish. My initial enquiry was given a swift and personal response, all my questions answered by Katie and I was given an honest assessment of the rugs I wanted cleaned. My rugs had never been cleaned in many years and were not straight forward, including unusual textures, difficult fabrics and one special Tibetan tiger rug, all of which had been ruined by our cat. I really appreciated their honest opinion about how good the final result would be on one of the rugs because of the linen/bamboo mix but now I wish I had sent it as well, so good were the final results of the other two rugs that came back. They looked as if we'd never had a cat! Collection and delivery was seamless. Communication throughout impeccable. And the results were fantastic. Would definitely recommend The Rug Laundry in Bristol.

I dont usually leave reviews unless a product or service is exceptional and believe me this company deserve a review. From speaking with a lovely young lady named Katie, who is an asset to this company, to the pick and and delivery through UPS, and the final result everything was amazing. This rug had cost £600 20 years ago in a sale but it had been lying rolled up in a damp cellar for the last 15yrs.It stunk and had been stained by our dog. The wife wanted to throw it out as she was clearing the cellar, but for some reason was sentimental about the rug.I dont know how much replacing the rug would have cost today but i guess it would have been quite expensive. I found The rug laundry online and gave Katie a call. Nothing was to much trouble. The rug arrived back yesterday and we are both amazed. The rug is immactulate and smells clean. The wife is over the moon, but not as much as me at not having to pay for a new one. Thanks Katie and the rest of the team. I will be back and I have passed on your details to friends and family. Wish I'd know about Blue light discount to save 15% on bill as |I have a card but didnt know till afterwards.perhaps you could make that apparent on your website in future. But saying that I did not feel that your service was overly expensive.

Excellent Service. I have used Rug Laundry for many years. They always clean my rugs superbly, I have 4 dogs so they do get mucky. They come back clean and smelling good!
