I ordered the ornaments after seeing an ad on Facebook. (scary, I know) I am glad I took the chance. The ornaments arrived within a couple weeks of placing the order and they were well made.

I loved that I was able to design the ornament by picking clothing and facial expressions. The ornament was available in different sizes. The ornament colors and lineart are vibrant and precise. Shipping took a little longer than I had hoped, but well worth the wait! Will order again from this company.

The ads gives the illusion of a 3D ornament. It is NOT a 3D ornament! It is on a piece of acrylic. It is still a cute ornament and the pontoon matches perfectly. Our friends loved it. Shipping took a very long time

My personalized ornament went to an old address that automatically filled despite me entering it in manually. When I inquired about reshipping I was informed the company had not made an error and they would reship the ornament for an additional cost. I was so excited to get this ornament to give as a gift to a new family member only to be disappointed with the customer service and no have the gift to give.
