I ordered a Christmas ornament from Homacus.com and was very impressed when it arrived. The work was very detailed and colorful. Ornament was made of very sturdy material. The company allowed you to choose all the colors used in the making of the ornament. I will order from them in the future and highly recommend their products.

The customized Peanuts ornament was cute in the Instagram ad I saw, but when I received it in person the colors were too dark. I wish there was a lighter brown skin tone to match my real skin. It was either you're super white or you're black. Offering more nuances in the shades of colors would help other races and ethnicities to be represented when customizing the ornaments #equityandinclusion ~ Thank you for listening!

Wrong everything it’s they didn’t even look at my instructions

Ordered a customised key ring for a friend. It was from a Facebook ad and I really wasn’t sure if it was going to be legit etc. But from the start the communication was excellent. I asked them to change a design element I’d forgotten to personalise and they were on it immediately and sent me a new pic for approval. Tracking was updated regularly and promptly and it arrived in amazing time. So pleased with it. Honestly a great, friendly and efficient company.

I ordered 2 ornaments with separate custom names for 2 brothers for Christmas and only received one. I emailed twice for help and got nothing in return. My initial order was in plenty of time for Xmas.
