Be aware that all you'll get from this is a day out, hair and make done and some photographs taken, granted the photos I had taken looked great but at £50 for each photo I wasn't going to buy them as it would have been over £2000. I was originally contacted by On-line Models Ltd (a sister company of Soho Fashion Studios) who told me that i had been selected and just needed to have the photo shoot and they'd then get me work using the photographs and I would only have to buy the photos if I wanted to but it wasn't necessary as they would have them. I agreed to have the shoot and paid my £50 refundable holding deposit. I was sent the T&C's by email and on reading them it stated that they were a 'Platform' and not an Agency and would introduce the model to the Agency to find work. It also states that any photos I didn't purchase would be deleted. I thought this was strange but trusted what i had been told about them using the pictures to get me work. ( I have the whole telephone conversation recorded if anyone wants to hear it). The shoot itself was enjoyable, with over the top compliments and enthusiasm in abundance BUT, then comes the hard sell or as they would like to put it the feedback and interview to see if they'd be happy to take me on as a model. To cut a long story short they congratulated me and were 'excited' to have me on board and that Rita would email the next day with a contract..... The whole mood changed when I said I wasn't going to buy the pictures and informed that 'you do know that we won't now be representing you and they'll be no contract. I made a comment about being told that Online Models would use the pictures and told me I didn't have to but them to be represented. The two 'ladies' left the interview room, I collected my belongings and left the studio. To my surprise I was contacted the next day by an 'Agency' saying that I had been forwarded by Soho Fashion Studios/Online Models , the company was 'Choice Model Management' I questioned how this was possible as it stated on CMM terms and conditions that i needed studio photos before i could go onto their books,,,,,not possible if Soho Fashion Studios had deleted them!!!! ANOTHER SCAM TO GET PHOTOS REDONE. In addition a payment of £180 was needed but would be refunded on completion of my first assignment... What if they never find me an assignment?? I would lose the £180 ... As others have stated before if you're asked for money upfront its a scam. If agency or a 'platform' is confident they can represent you and get you work you will not be asked for any money upfront. I know I'm going to get the standard response to this review from Soho Fashion Studios which will have no relevance to the review and contain unreachable telephone numbers and email addresses. If this happens I will take my complaint, recordings, emails , correspondence to trading standards. It has been suggested that they may change their company names on a regular basis

Online models have given me an opportunity to rediscover my long hidden passion for modelling again since I was a teenager & now encroaching 40. The team I have engaged with have been nothing short of honest, transparent and supportive. I am grateful for their investment in me to pursue this as a new career path in the mature modelling world. I look forward to the journey and I’m super excited. Also to add the test photoshoot was so much fun!

This is a scam. What they say to you over the phone is not true. Do not pay the £50. They will say to you there’s no need to buy the portfolio over the phone but if you don’t but you won’t get booked for work and even if you purchase it it’s not a guarantee that you will get work. They ARE SCAMMERS!!! Please be wiser than me. And they won’t give you back your money. I am in the process of reporting them to the office of the NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY CENTRE for fraud. If you have a bad experience please report so that this company will be investigated and cannot scam anyone else

Terrible people. You need to give a £50 deposit which is not right for an agency & you need to buy portfolios once you arrive to the studio no matter what your sales person said over the phone (yes they are sales people) . They’re a big scam. Don’t book it or even waste your time with these people. They rely on older clients so they can manipulate you into it. It’s a shame I had to experience this but I’ve learned now. After speaking to someone over the phone for 48 minutes u cannot trust them at all.

I very much enjoyed my test-shoot for Online Models. The creative team were all very professional and made me feel at ease. I was very impressed with the variety of looks that they created for me, and the photos all turned out great.

I had a great day with them. All staff were kind and friendly . A nice lady guided me step by step and everything was organised well. There was enough space to be comfortable to change my dress and lots of accessories to match with my dresses. Also, amazing photographer helped me to have a confidence in outside shoot . Thank you all.

Review AMAZING DAY I had the most amazing photo shoot with Soho Fashion Studio. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a warm welcome and was then introduced to everyone. I immediately felt at ease, I was given my own dresser by the name of Riaan who organised my clothes rail putting them in the order of shoot; she was so friendly & organised. Having my make up & hair done was wonderful, she was so easy to work with. My photographer was friendly but very professional which made me very comfortable both for indoor & outside shoot - lots of laughter. I felt fantastic, by the end of the day I felt like I was in a movie, a big thank you to everyone who looked after me you were all terrific thank you.
