I had a very nice and fun time at Soho fashion studios. The team was very professional and helpful. The only problem was that I was not aware of what Online models businesses model was until the very end. They informed me during phone conversations about the way model agencies work, but said nothing about their own interests. I keeps wondering when they’d start explaining what their interest in this whole thing was. That only became clear at the end, when I was offered the portfolio and the costs were revealed to me. The agent wanted me to sign the deal with them at that very moment, without any time to think about it. I suggested I’ll sleep it over and come back to him, but he insisted it would be now or never. That made me think the whole enterprise was unserious. That is a real petty, since Soho fashion studios did a really great job and a good model portfolio absolutely has its worth, it just does not seem very professional to only present your own interests and the price at the very last moment and wanting a signature on the spot. Would be nice if this was made clear at an earlier state.

I was contacted and offered a photo shoot as a mature model at Soho Photography in London. After falling for the patter, I parted with £50 to travel to London from Cornwall (at my own expense) for the shoot. I was led to believe that they would pay for the portfolio and advertise me online. After reading the information sent by email whilst on the call (difficult to read properly in the couple of minutes they give you), I realised I'd have to fund the portfolio, which they confirmed when I sent an email for clarification. As we all know, this would not come cheap. After careful consideration, mainly staying local to get portfolio done, I emailed to cancel but received no reply. The studio contacted me 3 days later to confirm booking, they gave me their email address so I could send them the email. I'm questioning whether this is a scam? Get you in the studio, produce brilliant pictures that you can't resist buying, then possibly competing against many to get jobs. I've cut my losses and will go with my instincts in the future, 'to good to be true'. Think carefully guys before making a commitment. Don't be pressurised like I was to commit to a date for the shoot. If they are serious they should give you time to digest everything and read the 3 emails they send in your own time. They caught me when I was vulnerable and was completely off guard.

A big thank you to Online Models for making a 40 something body conscious Essex boy who has struggled with his body, feel fly in his own clothes and own skin. From a friendly yet frank introduction and interview with Victor, to a fantastic and fun test shoot at Soho Fashion Studios in London, I have been made to feel special, worthy and of model potential. After my shoot, Lewis was very complimentary, honest and sincere about the industry, my photos and my potential. I am excited for what the future holds. Great experience! I was very warmly welcomed by 2 people at reception. They explained everything to me really well of how it all works. The lady at the reception asked to see what clothes etc I had brought with me and she helped me pick the best 4. The lady that did my makeup and hair was lovely and the photographer was fantastic, she helped me out occasionally with some poses to make my photos look great and she made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I loved every second of the shoot and the images look amazing, thank you so much. I highly recommended online models.

First and foremost, the atmosphere at the photoshoot was nothing short of electric. The studio was buzzing with creativity, and every member of the team exuded passion and professionalism. From the photographers and stylists to the makeup artists and assistants, each individual played a crucial role. The styling for the shoot was impeccable, with an expert eye for current fashion trends and unique concepts. The garments, carefully selected to enhance the desired aesthetic, showcased a perfect blend of elegance, sophistication, and modernity. The attention to detail was evident in the meticulous choices of accessories, shoes, and jewelry, all harmoniously complementing each ensemble. As for the photography, Maha it was nothing short of breathtaking. Maha skillfully captured every moment, accentuating natural beauty and unique features. She effortlessly directed poses, angles, and expressions, ensuring that each shot was on spot. My experience with this modelling photoshoot was an enchanting one. The professionalism, creativity, and passion displayed by the entire team were unparalleled. I left the shoot feeling inspired, confident, and with a newfound appreciation.

Communication was always key and I was kept informed at every step. I didn’t know if I should trust what I was being told but I kept the faith and was not disappointed. Always welcoming and polite & yes I did get my £50 deposit back 3-5 days after attending the shoot. Nothing I was told was false information and this was an opportunity and experience that will be the start of better things to come all thanks to Soho Studio.

Reply from Online Models is an Admission of guilt. Their standard response to have the victim call or email amounts to nothing but fraud because they frustrate you more. I am grateful to Trust Pilot who denied Online Models and Soho Fashion Studios in requesting my earlier statement to be deleted.

I had a wonderful experience with online models. Tia contacted me right away after I provided my details online. All arrangement was made. I traveled down to London for a test photoshoot. I met lovely people at Soho Studio. The makeup artist was the best and the photographer Lorenzo was super he made me comfortable and relaxed throughout the shoot.
