The experience with online models was great from the first phone call itself. They explained the whole process in detail and provided the confidence of being a professional company. There is a deposit to be paid to secure the shoot but that is only to guarantee that you show up on teh day. I was returned my deposit immediately when i showed up for the shoot. The shoot day tiself was great with both indoor and outdoor shoots. The team helped me pick the best clothes for me too. I would highly rate online models.

I wish to thank online models for their friendly and most courteous shortlist interview on the 4th of May. After submitting my application form along with some pictures I eventually was requested to submit more pictures after being short listed I am a woman who is 80 so this was extremely flattering . I was then given a telephone interview by a most charming gentleman who requested me to come the following week to Soho in London for a photo shoot at their expense. Sadly I had to decline for personal reasons but even the fact that I was being given this opportunity was so wonderful May I offer my gratitude to this agency and say this was a fantastic boost to my morale . The reason I could not take up the offer is that sadly if going any distance I have to use crutches which obviously in certain situations would prove awkward so with much regret I had no choice but to decline the offer. Not impressed. I wasted 45 minutes in a telephone interview during which I was lectured about the importance of reliability, yet Online Models were themselves totally unreliable when it came to ringing back when they had said they would. I eventually got an offer of a test shoot but was expected to drop everything and travel down to London with just a few days’ notice. I explained this wasn’t possible as I have childcare responsibilities and have not heard any more since.

As soon as I arrived I felt warmly welcomed and supported till the end of the shoot. The team managed to make me feel comfortable and valued. The photograph and the make up artist were also very kind, approachable and very professional. I am new to the sector and thanks to the whole team I had a wonderful experience!
