Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Jason who came to measure and arrange my account was brilliant, knowledgeable and patient. The flooring and blinds I have had fitted are of absolute superb quality and the fitters were brilliant and have done an amazing job. Special mention to Niamh Boyle in the customer service team, she has taken care of me so well, nothing is ever too much trouble she really does go above and beyond even emailing me on her days off! Thank you Niamh you really are a credit to My Pay Weekly they are very lucky to have you as an employee!

Jen Smith-Just had my flooring fitted excellent job thought I’d have to botch the tiles in the joining room but the lad managed to do a terrific job no need for anything else 👌👍 thanks guys (I’ve had to verify with what looks like my sons account as he has changed the preferences 🙄😂)

My name is shevonne Lebert I am writing to make a review on my pay weekly as I believe i have received unprofessional service, on the 26th of April my pay weekly came out and I paid a large amount of money the fitting date was generated 2 weeks later for the 14th of May, my property is empty. On the morning of the 14th I called in to ensure the fitter was still coming a spoke to a woman on the fone she ensured me they were still coming as I was abit worried because I had come all the way from Birmingham to Leamington Spa and I had my 3 year old daughter with me in this empty flat, nobody turned up and I was not notified that no one was coming, I then called again at about 4pm and only wen I called in and spoke to a advisor was I told that the fitter wasn't coming, I think I was treated so unfairly I wasted train fare and had to cancel my removal and pay for a extra week at my flat in Birmingham, I was extremely upset at this as no one even bothered to tell me anything. The advisor then went on to apologise and offer me an appointment a whole 8 days later which is ridiculous as with the circumstances surely I should have given an emergency appointment, this is horrible service and both me and my daughter should have never been treated this way.
