Excellent service every time I've used MPW. Good quality products, I have blinds, carpets & a corner sofa from MPW & each order is easy to keep track of using the app. Customer service is pretty good too, easy to contact by phone,email or social media. I will definitely be using MPW again.

It is so easy to get flooring by paying weekly, the flooring is great wish I had had laminate before. Great quality and the lads that laid it were brilliant keeping me updated on their arrival time, they were here until 10pm to get the work finished.

The ordering and initial sale process was great , the only criticism was the delay on fitting the blinds by a week!!! However I received a call from a colleague in your customer services and apologised for the incident and promised delivery a week later and a £50 discount of the sale price and agreement, I am awaiting for confirmation of the adapted agreement to reflect the discount .

The carpet rep and the carpet fitter where both very friendly
